All three standards have specific limits for elements such as carbon, manganese, phosphorus, and sulfur, and each offers good mechanical properties for a variety of applications such as the automotive, appliance, and construction industries. 
（1）GB-DX1 Steel Coil: Moderate carbon content, good formability, suitable for general commercial applications.
（2）JIS-SECC Electroplated Steel: Balanced strength and ductility, commonly used in the electronics and automotive industries.
（3）EN-DCO1ZE hot rolled steel Coil: Excellent formability, wide range of mechanical properties, ideal for complex forming operations in various industries.

Electrogalvanized steel is a Carbon steel that is coated with a corrosion-resistant zinc coating on one or both sides by electrodeposition. The continuous electrolytic coating process covers the steel surface with extremely uniform thickness, which enhances forming and joining operations.

GB-DX1, JIS-SECC, EN-DCO1ZE Differences
1. GB-DX1 Standard
Chemical Composition: This grade of carbon steel sheet has a lower carbon content (≤0.10%) compared to JIS-SECC and EN-DCO1ZE, which allows for better formability.
Mechanical Properties: Yield strength is set at a minimum of 140 MPa, which is lower than JIS-SECC, allowing for easier forming and bending.
Applications: General commercial applications that require good formability but not high strength.
2. JIS-SECC Standard for Electrogalvanized Steel Coil
Chemical Composition: Slightly higher allowable carbon content (≤0.15%) and phosphorus and sulfur limits, strike a balance between strength and formability.
Mechanical Properties: Wider range of yield strength (205-380 MPa) and tensile strength (270-410 MPa), suitable for applications requiring a combination of strength and ductility.
Applications: Widely used in electronics and automotive industries, which require both good surface quality and mechanical strength.
3. EN-DCO1ZE cold rolled steel Coil Standard
Chemical composition: moderate carbon content (≤0.12%), slightly higher manganese content, good formability and weldability.
Mechanical properties: yield strength range (140-300 MPa) and wide tensile strength range (270-410 MPa), high elongation (≥30%), suitable for deep drawing and complex forming operations.
Application: Mainly used in automotive panels, household appliances and construction where high formability and clean surface are required.
