Hot-dip galvanized structural plate process
（1）Preparation: The steel plate needs to be cleaned, pickled and pre-treated before galvanizing to remove surface oxides and other impurities.
（2）Dip plating: The cleaned steel plate is immersed in a molten zinc bath to form a uniform zinc coating.
