Comparison between deep-drawn grade steel coil and general-purpose Steel Plate
(1) Compared with the two, deep-drawn grade has higher ductility and formability. Deep-drawn grade CS steel coil is suitable for more complex shapes and forming processes and can withstand large deformation without cracking.
(2) Superior surface quality: Deep-drawn grade steel coil has excellent surface quality and is suitable for high-quality coating and surface treatment. Disadvantages of deep drawing grade steel coil:
Galvanized steel coil has a higher cost. As the higher the grade of steel coil, the more stringent the requirements for chemical composition and manufacturing process, the cost of deep drawing grade steel coil is usually higher than that of general steel coil.
Lower strength: Compared with general structural steel, deep drawing grade steel coil has lower yield strength and tensile strength, which limits its use in high-strength applications.
