0.18mm domain refined grain oriented electrial steel

Grain oriented electrial steel, it is one kind of Cold Rolled Steel Coil, due to its high content of silicon, we can also call it grain oriented silicon Steel Coil. It plays an important role in soft magnetic alloy, and it is the best choice for manufacture of large and medium-sized transformers and large motors. Due to its complex manufacturing process, strict composition control, there are many factors affecting performance, so its quality is an important sign to measure the level of special steel manufacturing of a country.

Process flow:

Product advantage and application:

1. High magnetic permeability
2. Low core loss, so it can keep the the hysteresis loss and eddy current loss are small
3. Large resistivity

Based on above advantage, which helps the grain oriented silicon as the magnetic materials, it is mainly used in electrical appliances and electrical instruments like motor, transformer. Basically more high magnetic orientation silicon steel has lower iron loss performance, so when applied as transformer core, It can reduce the loss during the energy conversion process.
