A200-400 Non-oriented electrical steel

Non-oriented electrical steel is normally produced in the form of Cold Rolled Steel plate with thickness of 0.35mm, 0.50mm,0.65mm and 1.00mm. We can also call it Non oriented silicon steel, it is one kind of ferrosilicon alloy with very low carbon content. In the deformed and annealed Steel Plate, the grains are randomly oriented. The silicon content of the alloy is ranging from 1.5% to 3.0%, or the sum of silicon and aluminum content is range from 1.8% to 4.0%. The products are usually cold rolled steel plate or Cold Rolled Steel Coil with nominal thicknesses of 0.35 and 0.5mm.

Accoding to Non oriented electrical Steel Coil's applications, we can divide into below garde:

• 1. Low loss series: with low iron loss, high strength;
• 2. High efficiency series: low iron loss, hign induction;
• 3. High effiency and higher strength series: great overall performane in loss, induction and strength;
• 4. Super induction series: high induction density to meet the needs of high torque and compact design of motors;
• 5. High strength series: high strength for high speed rotor of high speed motors;
• 6. Stress relief annealing series: low iron loss and high induction after stress relief annealing.
