There are four grades of Q355 low alloy carbon sheet, all with different performance chemical compositions.
（1）Q355A has balanced strength and moderate toughness for general structural applications.
（2）Q355B is impact resistant at 0°C, ideal for buildings in mild climates.
（3）Q355C can withstand low temperatures of -20°C, suitable for building structures and machinery in colder environments.
（4）Q355D has high toughness at -40°C, making it the best choice for extremely cold areas, such as outdoor infrastructure and heavy equipment in polar climates. These applications take full advantage of the specific mechanical properties and impact resistance of each grade.

Q355 low alloy carbon plate steel is often used for deep processing such as welding, cutting and forming. Due to the balanced carbon content and high strength of Q355 steel plate, welding applications are very extensive, making it very suitable for structural parts. At the same time, low alloy carbon plate materials have high hardness and high cleanliness, so cutting (including plasma cutting and laser cutting) is very common. Due to its good ductility and elongation, forming processes such as bending and stamping are widely used, so complex shapes can be formed without affecting the structural integrity.
